What is Vedic Tantra Yoga?
Vedic Tantra Yoga consists of 18 steps, including Tantric Mantras, Pranayama, Mudras, Healing and Secret Practices. Each step must be practiced for 45 consecutive days with our guidance and every week we will send you new notes on the Philosophy and Science of Tantra. Our course is a deep dive into the study of authentic Tantra and is not in any way linked to Western neo-tantra.

Once you decide to follow this course with me, you will receive via e-mail carefully prepared PDF notes with clear instructions, audio and video files. For those who continue to the second step and beyond, I offer consultations via Zoom, Facebook or Whats App. I support and guide my students through every step and am available to answer your questions.
