1st Workshops

July 13 to 18, 2026 in Mons,

This Yoga course is a rare opportunity to discover the traditional teachings of Tantra Vedic , in an exceptional natural setting, at Sadhana Peeth Haimavati , in Mons (34390), in the heart of cedar and chestnut forests.

Guided by Shajesh , an authentic and luminous master, this workshop offers a deep inner exploration through the pillars of traditional Yoga:

• The sacred science of sound, mantras , and consciousness

• Gayatri Tantric Meditation : Transmission of the 24-syllable mantra

• Gayatri Pranayama practice , philosophy and meditative experience

• Traditional Hatha Yoga guided by Yogi Denis (Denis Billo)

This Yoga retreat in the Hérault region, in Haimavati, is open to all those who wish to deepen their spiritual path, whether you are an advanced practitioner or simply in search of an authentic experience.

2nd Workshops

August 2nd to August 7th, 2026

The program includes in-depth and traditional teaching, with:

• Tantric breathing and Kundalini awakening , accompanied by a Kundalini mantra meditation

• Gayatri Tantric Meditation: Transmission of the sacred 24-syllable mantra

• Pranayama, yogic philosophy and meditative experience

• Traditional Yoga practice with Yogi Denis (Denis Billo)

This workshop is open to all those who wish to deepen their experience of Yoga and tantric techniques in an authentic setting.
