What is Vedic Tantra Yoga?
Tantra is an authentic traditional Indian spiritual practice which has been taught for thousands of years. Vedic Tantra Yoga is an ancient practice consisting of 18 steps which carefully guides the student on the path. It offers too many benefits to be mentioned here, but includes: improved concentration, confidence, joy, peace, positive energy and ultimately self-realisation. The practices include sacred Tantric Mantras, Pranayama (breathing techniques), Mudras, Healing and Secret Practices.
This course is a deep dive into the study of authentic Tantra and is not in any way linked to Western neo-tantra.

Once you decide to follow this course with me, you will receive via e-mail carefully prepared PDF notes with clear instructions, audio and video files via email. For those who continue to the second step and beyond, I offer consultations via Zoom, Facebook or Whats App.
Each step must be practiced for 45 consecutive days with my guidance and every week I will send you new notes on the Philosophy and Science of Tantra.
